Sprogel’s Run Trail

The Sprogel’s Run Trail connects the eastern end of the Arboretum to Sussel Park with its two ponds. On the western end it connects to Prout Farm Park and its field ecosystem. Our New Shed

Our New Shed

We now have a shed! Thanks to an Eagle Scout project the shed is finished and already being put to good use by our student interns. They’re filling it up with all our gardening tools and Summer Camp games.  Lots going on!

The connecting trail to Sussel Park is done! Walk along Penn’s Woods Trail to where it crosses Snyder Road. You’ll stay on the trail, pass two houses and down a rather steep hill. Forest Easter Egg Hunt

Forest Easter Egg Hunt a great success! Over 150 people attended including our own Easter Bunny! Pottsgrove High School’s Spark the Wave volunteers planned, organized and carried out a fun event for everyone. Thanks to Kimberton Whole Foods Douglassville for the healthy snacks! They were a hit!
