Golden Groundsel
A new friend recently gave me a few of these plants from her property. Packera obovata is a native plant that does well in shade to partly sunny areas. The plants spread to form a thick green ground cover from which the bright yellow flowers stand out. The photos here show my starter colony under the shade of a dogwood tree.
