Last Saturday, my partner Dave and I took a ride to Sugarbush Nursery located just south of Reading, PA in Mohton. I had found out ahead of time that they had Lonicera sempervirens, trumpet honeysuckle, in stock. Despite the snow, I enjoyed visiting this nursery! The plants were well marked and the prices were good! Sadly, this nursery will be reducing their inventory and closing after June. I recommend visiting them and checking out their other natural and organic garden items as well. The website is listed below. I left with two Viburnum dentatum, 4 Phlox paniculata, and two Lonicer sempervirens. I plan to return!
Please visit me at EarthFest in Boyertown, Saturday, April 23rd, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the Boyertown Community Park. I will have lists of local native plant nurseries provided by Althouse Arboretum and other pamphlets regarding native plants available.

Note: Sugarbush Nursery is now closed, however, you can find a list of local native plant nurseries we compiled here.
