Master Plan

Master Plan

The Master Plan was developed by Upper Pottsgrove High School students who were members of the Spark the Wave Club. Members of the club worked not only to develop the plan but also worked with Upper Pottsgrove Open Space Committee and the Township Planning Commission to get our “master plan” approved and partially funded. See the Master Plan and then realize all that’s been accomplished since it was approved. Save
